Hampton Inn Cortland

Wonderful hotel, we had a bright room with a pleasant view. The staff was exceptional and pleasant, everything was great. The breakfast had variety of food and it was great. Location: the property was so close to store, a restaurant, and nearby fast food establishments.

I have stayed here many times over the years. It has always offered a comfortable night's rest with a nice breakfast (if you keep kosher there is always coffees, coral fruit and often bagels).

Drew did an awesome job multitasking while being pleasant. Easy check in and room was ready and clean.

The two gentlemen manning the front desk were great. Very professional and very polite.

You need bigger traction strips on the tub or replace old ones. Almost had a shower accident when I lost my footing.

The only thing we wondering about was the missing lock for the between the room doors. The manual lock had been taken out for some reason and not replaced?

Hampton Inn Hotels have been the best so far. We have stayed in 7 hotels on this trip & Hampton Inns are our favourite. We are a NZ farming couple with two 16 year old daughters and these hotels are clean! This particular hotel is also quiet, although noise does transfer through the walls if there are noisy kids next door. The breakfast is also very good, easy and nice variety.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and tidy.

There was some wallpaper peeling at the seam that detracted from the overall neatness of the room.

I was thrilled to find that I could walk to the Cinch Art Space, just over a kilometer away, and the CNY Living History Center, nearly 2 kilometers away, making it super convenient to explore unique sights without needing a car.

I enjoyed the spaciousness of the Queen Two Queen Beds Non-Smoking room during my two-night stay. The pool area was warm and relaxing. The breakfast offerings were plentiful and satisfying. Staff was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The décor added a charming touch 😊
